Quality Programs

At Almater Hospital we know that the health industry is always evolving. That’s why a hospital like ours must have permanent goals and follow quality programs that allow us to always be at the forefront.

In June of 2000 we began work on a Strategic Plan that will trace the route we must follow and the strategies we have to implement so that, with our combined efforts, we can reach the goals we outlined.

As a result of these meetings, our vision has been clearly stated as well as our mission, which makes us part of the community to which we owe our organization.
